There were many spies involved with many countries in the 1900's. Many spies were involved with the KGB and helping the USSR during the Cold War and WWII.
I think that spies were good and bad. I think that they were good when they delivered information about how a country could protect itself. However, I think that it was bad when spies gave other countries information that they could use to hurt another country.
